Kairos’ Dumpling Party!
Jan 24, 2012
Whether you’re Chinese or not, everyone at Kairos had a great time preparing and cooking their own handmade dumplings this past Monday! That’s right– there were no frozen Costco Ling Ling’s in sight that night! Come see some of Kairos’ very own creative chefs at each table.

Are you drooling yet? Check out more!
Some enjoyed their first time making dumplings ever, and I have to admit, things turned out looking pretty delicious!

Refining their technique...

We tried out three different kinds of dumplings that night: beef, pork, and vegetarian, and we cooked them in three different ways: deep-fried, pan-fried, and boiled. Which was your favorite? Cast your vote!

Finally enjoying their well-earned success!
Happy Chinese New Year! That’s all folks, and we hope you’ll join us this Friday for Kairos Unplugged!

Pan-fried. All the way. With some boiled ones to clean your palette.
AGREED!
Same here.
and if you have some soy sauce, and squeeze some lemon or lime in it, that’s a tasty enhancement…
oooo, lemon or lime on top of some pan-fried dumplings? that actually sounds pretty good.
I second the pan-fried! But the deep-fried was delicious, too.
I came late and only got the deep-fried, but those were some good deep-fried dumplings. So sure, deep-fried all the way.
i liked boiled the best!
i can’t believe the “kairos” dumplings actually survived the deep fry!
i liked the boiled ones best, hands down!
DEEP FRIED FTW! hands down, deep fried. deliciousness
